The GWL Fellowship is an extraordinary opportunity for emerging music industry professionals looking to gain real-world experience, mentorship, and exclusive industry access. Designed for college seniors and recent graduates, this immersive program goes beyond traditional mentorship—it provides hands-on learning, professional development, and a supportive community to help fellows build a strong foundation in the music business.
Fellows will engage in one-on-one mentorship, curated training sessions, and a collaborative industry project, all while gaining direct exposure to top industry professionals.

The GWL Fellowship is a 3-month program open to applicants within the U.S., with an emphasis on major music hubs such as NYC, LA, Nashville, and ATL. The program will officially run from May 12, 2025 to August 12, 2025. If you are not located in a major music hub, we will provide financial support to assist with program-related expenses.

Participation in the Future Leaders in Music Fellowship requires a one-time membership due of $90. This contribution helps cover program resources, exclusive workshop opportunities, and community-building experiences. Our goal is to provide fellows with meaningful mentorship, hands-on industry exposure, and valuable networking opportunities.
